Services

ITA has an international reputation for providing independent third-party inspection services.

ITA inspects products on your behalf at all stages from sourcing factories, through the manufacturing process, to delivery. They are:

Factory Evaluation

This evaluation focuses on the actual situations of factory size and production capacity, such as how many workers, how many machines, how many lines in the factory? The evaluation report will include basic factory information, process flow and staff structure, equipment, production capacity, exported quantity, exported area, main customers, raw material management, etc.

Why do you need factory evaluation?
You do not know your suppliers: where are they? What are they producing? How many employees? Who are the main customers? How if quality controlled?
You requires certain information: will you damage his brand? Will you match the customer requirements?
Factory evaluation could be the solution for you.

Order Control

We handle all the processes including sourcing, developing, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and all communications and paperwork, do on site visits when necessary.(QC will go to the factory and check the bulk production one or two times for each order and we will report to client about the status, the time is depending on the actual bulk situation.)

What is the quality inspection standard?

ANSI/ASQ Z1.4/BS 6001/DIN 40080/ ISO2859/NF X 06-022 It is a random sampling inspection method by attributes based on the mathematical theory of probability. This method provides the number of samples to be inspected in a given lot/shipment size. It also provides the specific criteria for acceptance or rejection of a shipment/lot based on the number of defects found and provides a fair assessment to both buyers and sellers of product quality.

Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) is the minimum percentage defective that, for purposes of sampling inspection, can be considered satisfactory as a percentage average. It should be agreed on by both buyer and seller.

Pre-Production Inspection

In addition to factory evaluation, our inspectors are available to inspect, by random sampling, the raw materials and components to be used in production.

During Production Inspection

As soon as the first goods leave the product lines, our inspectors are there to check for any defects or deviation from quality parameters, and to suggest practical and effective ways in which these can be rectified in the production process.

Final Random Inspection

The pre-shipment inspection takes place when the merchandise is completed, packed and ready for shipment. Our inspectors pull a random sample of finished goods, based on the internationally recognized statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 / BS 6001 / DIN 40080 / ISO 2859 / NF X 06-022. We verify quantity, workmanship, function, color, size specifications and packing details, all with a view to ensure that the contract specifications are met.

Supervision of Loading

This service is offered at the manufacturer’s premises, warehouse or forwarder during containerization after our Final Random Inspection. ITA can inspect for proper environ-mental conditions, cleanliness and integrity of the containers to ensure they are adequate for transport of shipment to its final destination.

Fabric Inspection

Fabric inspection focuses on fault/defect rate color, end to end and edge to middle shading, hand/handle and appearance. The client will select the appropriate fault rate and standard to determine the acceptance of each shipment. This will minimize the quantity of panels or garments rejected for fabric faults, thereby ensuring the quality of the finished goods. Fabric inspection is also considered as pre-production inspection for garments or other textile products.

The following aspects are assessed
Color Fabric Faults Shading
Usable Width Fabric Hand/Handle Length
Appearance Packaging Quantity

What is the 4-point system?

This is issued by the American Society for Testing and Materials with reference to the designation: ASTM D5430-93.

3 inches or less 1
Over 3 inches but less than 6 inches 2
Over 6 inches but less than 9 inches 3
Over 9 inches (Or hole, etc) 4

We can also assess fabric fault/defect rates against other systems as required by client, for example, jersey fabrics are often expressed in meters per fault/defect.

Logistics

ITA can provide a one-stop logistics service for you, delivering your goods from the factory straight to your warehouse, or even to your designated shops, saving you on the costs of freight and shipping staff through a better shipping rate, better consolidation, and simplified shipment procedures.
